Pre Lash Lift

Please avoid using mascara/eyeliner for at least 24 -48 hours prior to your lift appointment. Have no lash serums/makeup on the day of your booking and do not wear contact lenses.

Post Lash Lift

Avoid direct contact of any water, oils, lotions, creams, shampoos, face wash, makeup remover wipes, heat or steam (including cooking over steaming stovetops) for the next 24 hours.

Brush lashes throughout the day whilst they’re setting into place.

Try to sleep on your back

Brushing lashes upwards, from underneath each morning will maintain your lift.

Use the recommended lash serum daily to maintain optimal lash health and hydration

Please use an oil free eye makeup remover and face wash. Avoid waterproof mascaras.


Pre Spray Tan

Exfoliate and moisturise the skin regularly in the lead up to your appointment for the ultimate tan application. Remove all unwanted hair no later than the day beforehand. Exfoliate the day prior or morning of your tan. Come to your appointment with NO PRODUCT on the skin. This includes deodorants, face and body moisturisers. Remove all jewellery that you can. Wear dark loose clothes.

 

Post Spray Tan

Avoid sweating and wearing tight clothing while your tan is setting. Your first shower is just a light rinse with warm NOT HOT water. DO NOT use any products on the skin during or post first shower as it will strip the tan. Pat dry, still no product use, an​d the tan will continue to develop over the next 12 hours. Your next shower is just like normal and then all face/body products can be used again.


Pre HydraDerm

Avoid using Vitamin A, AHAs and BHAs 2 days prior to your HydraDerm. No waxing to area being treated 3 days prior. If you are prone to cold sores, take antiviral agent for 3 days prior.

Post HydraDerm

While there is no downtime with this treatment, as your skin will be resurfaced and plumped up with hydration at the same time, there is still a Peel component to the HydraDerm. DO NOT rub your skin dry after cleansing, only PAT DRY. If the Peel really takes effect lifting dead skin cells make sure you moisturise as often as needed to assist in skin shedding and hydration maintenance during this process. Pretend your skin is 'sunburned' for 1-2 days post treatment. So no sunbathing, exfoliating, hot saunas, for the first 24-48 hours.

HydraDerm Contraindications

You cannot have this treatment if you did not follow the pre treatment guidelines. And if you have a contagious skin disease or infection such as an active cold sore.

Pre Power Peel

Avoid using Vitamin A, AHAs and BHAs 5-7 days prior to your peel. Reduce sun exposure for 2 weeks prior to treatment and be sure that you are wearing a high SPF​ daily. No waxing to area being treated 3-5 days prior. If you are prone to cold sores, take antiviral agent for 3 days prior. Increase hydration before and after treatment.

Post Power Peel

Following your Pro Peel treatment your skin may appear slightly flushed. Depending on the type of chemical peel used you may experience mild to moderate shedding, between days 2-7 post peel. Do not pick at or exfoliate the dead skin being lifted as this may cause post inflammatory pigmentation or even scarring. Avoid wearing makeup for the first 24 hours, longer depending on skins sensitivity. And avoid using actives ie, Vitamin A, AHA's, BHA's and any exfoliating scrubs for 7 days post treatment. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam or anything to induce heat within the skin for 2-3 days post peel. DO NOT rub your skin dry after gently cleansing. PAT DRY only. Avoid excessive sun exposure for 2 weeks post peel and use a high SPF daily.

Pro Power Peel Contraindications

You cannot have this treatment if you did not follow the pre treatment guidelines. And if you have a contagious skin disease or infection such as an active cold sore or if you are pregnant or lactating.

Pre Skin Needling

Pre-conditioning the skin for this procedure should start 4-6 weeks prior. Healthy skin will respond better and results will last longer. Do not use Vitamin A, AHAs, BHAs for the week prior to your appointment.

Do not take any anti-inflammatory 3 days prior to treatment. It will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical and responsible for your skin rejuvenation

Reduce sun exposure for 2 weeks prior to treatment.

No waxing to area being treated 5-7 days prior

If you are prone to cold sores, take antiviral agent for 3 days prior. Increase hydration before and after treatment.

Post Skin Needling

Following your Skin Needling treatment your skin may feel like a sunburn. It may feel tight, dry and sensitive to touch. Treat skin gently with cool water, gentle cleansing using hands only and PAT DRY. Peeling may start 3-5 days post treatment. Do not pick at or exfoliate the dead skin being lifted as this may cause post inflammatory pigmentation or even scarring. Keep the skin moisturised at all times. Avoid wearing makeup for the first 24 hours, longer depending on skins sensitivity. And avoid using actives ie, Vitamin A, AHA's, BHA's and any exfoliating scrubs for 7 days post treatment. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam or anything to induce heat within the skin for 2-3 days post peel. Avoid excessive sun exposure for 2 weeks post peel and use a high SPF daily. 7 days post Needling you may restart your regular skin care products once your skin is no longer irritated. For best results, we recommend follow up and repeat treatments in 4-6 weeks and a series of 3-5 treatments depending on your personalized care plan.

Skin Needling Contraindications

You cannot have this treatment if you did not follow all of the pre treatment guidelines. Or if you are pregnant, have actively infected or actively inflamed skin, skin irritation, cystic acne to area being treated, are prone to keloid scars, taking blood thinners, allergies to topical lidocaine and sunburn.
